Rice and noodle is our local staple food since centuries ago. Most family of Malaysian like Malay, Chinese and Indian dining serve with rice and noodle and dishes from chicken, meat, seafood, vegetables, pork (non halal) and etc.

The famous local food among Malaysian is the Nasi Lemak where you can find it handy in any town or city in Malaysia. Nasi Lemak normally serve with coconut rice and you can add dishes to your serving like eggs, chicken, seafood,meat, vege and etc.

Malaysian consumed a lot of Seafood every year and you can easily spot in hawker stores or restaurant. Malaysia is geographically located between the Sea of Melaka and South China Sea therefore, seafood has become a daily dish for the local.

Mamak Store has increasingly become one of the famous place after dinner for gathering and makan for most Malaysian. Mamak Store is run by Indian Muslim in our country and I don’t see other country out of Malaysia has this culture. Mamak store is available across the country and the most convenient reason is they run 24 hours a day. They are fast, affordable and serve delicious local delicacies like roti canai, satay, mee goreng, rojak, nasi lemak, teh tarik and etc.
